The Product
The Problem
I created a wedding venue planner app for time-constrained professionals, simplifying venue selection, reservations, custom design, and connecting users with local suppliers for quotes.
The app aimed to solve the common problem of time-constrained and stressed wedding planners.

UNDERSTANDING THE USER
Scope
The Google case study project involved user research, personas, problem statements, and user journey maps to understand the users effectively.
Discovery Phase
I conducted interviews and empathy mapping to gain insights into the needs of our target users. The primary user group, working adults, validated our initial assumptions about Wedding Directory customers, confirming time constraints as a key issue.
DESIGN IDEATION
The final high-fidelity prototype presented cleaner user flows for wedding venue panning It also met user needs for more customization and filtering options.
